An Urban Forest for Creative Ecological Learning

Unfolding Benjakitti transformed Benjakitti Forest Park into a living eco-cultural landscape where public space, performing arts, and environmental awareness coexisted. Designed as an urban recreational platform, the project invited audiences of all ages to reconnect with nature through site-specific performances, installation art, music, dance, workshops, and wellness activities.

Set within Bangkok’s lush wetlands and forest walkways, the festival reimagined the city as a shared habitat for humans, non-humans, and creative expression. From immersive performances by Bangkok Theatre Festival artists to mindful workshops exploring soil, flowers, movement, and yoga, Unfolding Benjakitti created a multidimensional experience that encouraged relaxation, creativity, and sustainable cohabitation.

By blending art, ecology, and public engagement, the project positioned the park not only as a green space, but as a vibrant platform for cultural exchange, learning, and urban renewal.
